To mark the birth of peaceful Indian activist Mahatma Gandhi in 1869, the Indian Cultural Association will be projecting images onto Buda Castle between 7pm on 2 October and 2am that night. Best viewed from Jane Haning rakpart between Chain Bridge and Elizabeth Bridge, slides will show key moments in the life of the Indian leader and display his famous quotes, interspersed with musical versions of a 15th-century poem regularly recited by Gandhi.
