Marina & the Diamonds

Marina Diamandis, the indie-pop singer-songwriter with Greek roots, first came into the limelight in 2010. At the time, the female artist released her debut album entitled “The Family Jewels”. This was followed by her second album, the far more commercial “Electra Heart”, which portrayed a number of various female figures. These far more vivid, radio-friendly songs undeniably gained the singer a wider listener base, yet Marina finally decided to ditch her bleach-blond hair and return to her roots. This led to her third album released this year, entitled “Froot”, which she wrote the entirety of herself, working with a single producer. The result is a high-quality, mature album full of catchy tunes which she will surely play at her next Hungarian concert, taking place at Akvárium on March 3rd. More details here.
