Alice Merton rose to the top of the charts with her bold yet emotional songs. A recurring theme in her work is the search for identity, which she continues to explore on her third studio album, Visions, released earlier this year. She will present the new record live in Budapest on 10 March at Akvárium Klub.

Alice Merton undeniably became known as the girl without roots - a title that also propelled her to the top of the charts with her hit song No Roots. In her songs, she celebrates life as a nomad, saying she creates a sense of home wherever she chooses. Whether on stage or on the road, in a way every performance feels like a homecoming.

Alice Merton rose to the charts with her 2016 hit No Roots, and with her songs she has become a multiple platinum- and gold-certified artist across Europe and the United States. She has performed at festivals such as Coachella, Sziget, and Lollapalooza. Following her albums Mint and S.I.D.E.S., she opened a new chapter with the release of her 2024 album Heron II.

The singer embarked on an inner journey, asking herself questions such as who she needs to be and how well she truly knows herself; whether it is possible to find happiness independently without trying to live up to everyone else's idea of what happiness should look like. In many ways, she continues this exploration on her third studio album, Visions, released in January, which centres on independence and the courage to protect one's own path against the expectations of others.

She will present the new album on 10 March at Akvárium Klub, with tickets available here.
