1. Pitbull
Budapest’s in for a summer party on 21 July, as global hip-hop star Pitbull brings his I’m Back! European tour to the city for his first ever Hungarian show. Known worldwide as “Mr Worldwide” for his string of hits like Give Me Everything and Timber , the Grammy-winning performer promises an explosive, high-energy stadium show with visual effects and his trademark party atmosphere, and special guest Lil Jon is set to warm up the stage.
2. Sting 3.0
Sting returns to Budapest on 18 June with his STING 3.0 European Tour, presenting his vast catalogue in a stripped-back, three-piece format.
3. Idles
British post-punk band IDLES will play their first headline Budapest concert on 8 July, bringing their uncompromising sound and direct lyricism to Budapest Park. Known for tackling personal and political themes head-on, the band’s live shows are driven by raw energy and collective release, making this summer date one of the most anticipated alternative gigs of the season.
4. Pentatonix
Pentatonix will kick off their 2026 European tour in Budapest, returning to the city on 7 April with a headline show at the MVM Dome. The Grammy-winning a cappella group, known for redefining vocal pop through inventive arrangements and original material, last performed in Hungary in 2023. This opening date promises a refreshed setlist and a live production described by the band as unlike anything they’ve done before.
5. One Republic
After several memorable appearances in the city, OneRepublic return to Budapest on 25 June as part of their From Europe With Love Tour. Fronted by Ryan Tedder, the Grammy-nominated band will bring their catalogue of global hits — from Apologize to Counting Stars — back to the Budapest Arena, following a recent run of UK and European dates.
6. 5 Seconds of Summer
5 Seconds of Summer return to Budapest on 24 April, bringing their new European tour to the MVM Dome. The Australian pop-rock band are back together following individual projects and will present fresh material from their upcoming album Everyone’s a Star!, alongside the anthems that have defined their career over the past decade.
7. Eric Clapton
After a 20-year wait, Eric Clapton returns to Budapest on 2 May, marking only his second concert in the city. The multiple Grammy Award-winning guitarist and singer — often referred to as “Slowhand” — last performed here in 2006, and will now take to the stage at the MVM Dome as part of his European tour following a successful run of U.S. dates.
8. Metallica: M72 World Tour
Metallica return to Budapest in 2026 with their M72 World Tour, bringing the much-talked-about No Repeat Weekend to the city after an eight-year break. The two-night run at Puskás Aréna on 11 and 13 June features completely different setlists and support acts each night, with Pantera and Avatar on the first date, followed by Gojira and Knocked Loose on the second.
9. Scorpions
Following their 60th anniversary celebrations, Scorpions return to Budapest on 20 June as part of a tour honouring six decades of rock history. The legendary German band, known for global anthems and an enduring live presence, will bring their classic hits to the MVM Dome, marking another milestone moment with their Hungarian audience.
10. Mac DeMarco
After nearly a decade away from Hungarian stages, Mac DeMarco returns to Budapest on 23 June for his biggest solo show in the city to date. The laid-back indie favourite will take to Budapest Park with songs from his latest album, Guitar, alongside earlier favourites, bringing his characteristically relaxed yet engaging live presence back to the capital.
