Originally announced to take place at Barba Negra, Wolf Alice’s concert on 11 November will now be held at Akvárium Klub due to logistical reasons, where fans can enjoy the Budapest debut of the band’s latest album, The Clearing.

The North London quartet Wolf Alice first made their mark in 2013 with the melancholic euphoria of their debut album My Love Is Cool , which featured the Grammy-nominated track Moaning Lisa Smile. In 2018, Visions of a Life cemented the rising band’s place in the music industry with a Mercury Music Prize win, while their 2022 release Blue Weekend earned them their first UK number one and the Brit Award for Best Group.

Their fourth album, The Clearing , was released on 29 August under Sony Music, showcasing Wolf Alice at the height of their power and proving how the band has evolved into a major cultural force over the years. Written in North London’s Seven Sisters and recorded in Los Angeles with Grammy Award–winning producer Greg Kurstin, the record captures what Wolf Alice’s sound represents in 2025 – a confident collection of songs brimming with ambition, ideas, and emotion. The Clearing stands as a truly timeless album.

Throughout their career, Wolf Alice have toured the world multiple times, playing sold-out club shows, major festivals, and supporting some of the biggest names in music – Hungarian fans might remember them from the Sziget Festival or as the opening act for Harry Styles. This summer, the band is set to appear at the UK’s Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Glastonbury Festival, before embarking on a world tour later in the year – with a stop in Budapest at Akvárium Klub on 11 November, where Florence Road will open the show.

Tickets already purchased remain valid for the new venue, while additional tickets are available at www.livenation.hu and www.funcode.hu.
