Beginning on November 26th, regular festive brunches and magical holiday-season events will be pampering guests until January 1st at the Brasserie & Atrium restaurant of the historic Corinthia Hotel Budapest. On the opening day of these merry gatherings, the hotel’s Christmas tree will be lit up amid Yuletide music performed by a children’s choir. You don’t need to have a room reservation to celebrate the festive season at the iconic Corinthia Hotel Budapest. Towering above Budapest’s bustling Grand Boulevard, this elegant urban palace pampers guests with thematic brunches all year round. Now with the merriest time of the year fast approaching, the hotel’s Brasserie & Atrium restaurant unveils a range of holiday-season gatherings with superb smorgasbord, music and jolly events.

Between November 26th and January 1st, the hotel’s tastefully decorated eatery presents a lavish buffet table with fine food and drinks, while the selection of meals and accompanying events change weekly. During these family-friendly gatherings, children can be entertained in the play area, where animators bring even more fun. As of this Sunday, brunch guests can enjoy unlimited consumption of barbecue dishes, merguez sausages and select drinks around a magically illuminated Christmas tree lit up for the occasion until January.

On December 3rd, to children’s delight Santa Claus shows up during festivities. On the second Sunday into Advent, the brunch features specialties from the historic Alsace region in eastern France with meals including saffron lobster broth and roast goose with chestnut and savoy cabbage. On December 17th, the buffet table will be laden with French duck liver pâté, Christmas pumpkin soup, and shepherd’s pie.

On Christmas Day, virtuoso Hungarian gypsy music provides the perfect accompaniment to Hungarian stuffed cabbage and international classics. At the New Year’s Eve brunch, Chilean singer Patricio Baeza sets the tone with authentic Latin rhythms, while on January 1st, a variety of traditional Hungarian dishes are served amid celebratory scenes.
