Photo Essay: Hungary’s football defeat is mourned in Budapest

At the kickoff of the 2016 European Football Championship, nobody thought the Hungarian team would score a single goal in the tournament, let alone reach the second stage in first place in their group after some truly rip-roaring matches. Sadly, the game ends here for team Hungary, now heading home after Belgium overpowered the Magyars in yesterday’s match. Although the Belgians quickly took the lead, the Hungarian team bravely fought until the bitter end, inspiring Hungarian fans to proudly persevere on the streets, chanting roaring cheers as a tribute to the Magyar team’s plucky performance.
