No winter holiday in Budapest should pass without gliding across the city's most beautiful ice rink! Nestled in the City Park and set against the gorgeous Vajdahunyad Castle, this seasonal gem offers plenty of space to skate, plus hot drinks and snacks to warm you up. And the opening time is closer than you think: skating season kicks off on November 15th at the City Park Ice Rink. On that day, you can hit the ice in the afternoon, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
Starting the very next day, you can perform figure eights on the ice from 10 am to 2 pm, and then again from 4 pm to 8 pm or 9 pm. While online ticket sales aren’t quite up yet, be sure to keep an eye on the website here for updates.
