Meat Boutique is located below the Castle District, in the vicinity of Chain Bridge. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a pleasantly modern and casually trendy design within. Thanks to two new chefs, the kitchen has been transformed. Dávid Strider formerly worked at Fáma, Costes Downtown and Laurel, while Dávid Demián has brought his valuable experience from Innio and Babka. Following the restaurant’s main foundations, they still specialise in meat, but have moved away from fine dining to more of a fusion bistro kitchen, pairing Hungarian gastronomy with Asian flavours. Regulars have nothing to worry about either, as three fan favourites from the old menu can still be found at the restaurant: burgers, ćevapčići Balkan rissoles and rib-eye steak. These hearty dishes can be enjoyed on the terrace in warmer months.
