Find Fermento Pizza's delicious Neapolitan pizzas only steps away from the popular sightseeing spot Batthyány tér. They serve perfetto pizzas, fresh frittas, and Sicilian-style arancini that even an Italian nonna would appreciate. One of the founders, Miklós Raveczky, learned the art of pizza making from the renowned pizza master Fabio Christiano in Italy – and this is how he brought that touch of Naples all the way to Budapest. His co-founder, Dániel Simon, gained vast experience in the local pizza-making world, having worked at various places. All-time favourite pizzas like the simple yet splendid Margherita pizza or the Capricciosa topped with ham, mushrooms, olives, and artichoke are always on offer. Additionally, they introduce two specialty pizzas every two weeks. In addition to these and the arancinis, Fermento also offers fresh frittas, salads, calzones, and prosciutto plates. And when it comes to dessert, don't miss out on a Sicilian cannolo, a tiramisu, or a pistachio-ricotta cake. Bon appétit!
