This summer, we’ve discovered many delicious types of ice cream in Budapest, ranging from classic to new-wave flavors – but now, we recommend the strangest frozen confections we could find. DiVino and Anjuna: winesicle
The popsicles of Anjuna first burst into the local market in the summer of 2016, and shops are both in Buda and Pest since then. The vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free delicacies lack artificial additives and come in various flavor combinations, such as avocado/tarragon/lime/chocolate. This summer, they collaborated with the DiVino wine bar to create four types of alcoholic, wine-infused fruit popsicles – or “winesicles”: Bikavér with black chocolate, Királyleányka with orange and strawberry, rosé with strawberry, and white with apricot.
