Graceful silk dresses with exciting lace inserts and finely crafted details, in a light, sophisticated yet casual style. Nora Sarman finished her studies as a fashion designer only a few years ago and founded her own brand almost immediately. Even her grandmother sewed wedding dresses, so it doesn't come as a surprise that she is designing clothes almost exclusively for special occasions. She simply adores wedding dresses, and this year she even made a collection specifically for brides. Each item of Nora Sarman’s Bridal is made from high quality materials, often caterpillar silk, and with lots of lace and tulle. However, it is the meticulous handwork that makes these clothes truly unique and special. The collection’s photos were taken in collaboration with Pinewood Weddings, specialists in wedding photography.

The brand is largely known for its knitted items, but now a brand new, completely different line has joined the fluffy sweaters and tasseled hats. The mini collection Fehér Ruha (“White Dress” in English) is specifically for those preparing for their wedding day, and the designs are dominated by antique and vintage lace. Bálint Sára's new series fits well with the brand’s commitment to recycling, since it offers an alternative to the preservation of “lace memories” – old clothes passed down among family members. The collection serves as a kind of inspiration, since these are only samples - it's during the design process that the customer's individual personality and style is emphasised via each item.

When talking about Hungarian fashion designers and wedding dresses, it's unavoidable to mention Daalarna. The latest collection titled 'Pearl of Anita Benes' was inspired by Parisian fashion of the 19th century, and was named after the symbol of perfect beauty - the pearl. The era’s unique style and distinctive elegance is evoked by authentic, characteristic materials, and with beautiful pearls. The warm, pearlescent materials are sewn into bold-styled dresses, which are seductively feminine and gently innocent at the same time. They say: 'In 2015, the Daalarna bride wears a romantic, floor-length lace dress with a pearl necklace. She wears her hair in a loose bun, and attracts the eye with her natural charm and playful coquetry.”

The common brand of Anna Hachbold and Éva Kárpáti, Annaeva, is for fresh, energetic and brave women. In their work, they rethink classic sartorial forms and fill them with new content. We recommend their clothes for those who consider a stylish look, comfort and functionalism of equal importance, and who are not afraid to break away from the image of the traditional bride. The feminine dresses are characterised by unexpected combinations of materials, surprising solutions and subtle hues. The collection called 'Lace and grace” was inspired by a friend preparing for her own wedding. The glossy leather details make the off-white pieces sensual, the translucent floral lace and the muslin layers lend an airy look, and the mint-coloured accessories create a pure overall look.

In addition to clothes for everyday wear, the brand of Gabriella Szerencsés, Gabo Szerencses, also offers personalised wedding dresses and a matching accessory line with handbags, belts and gloves. Her clothes are refined and daring, and the thoughtful, often quite complex forms help emphasise each body's good points while hiding details that we might not be so happy with. For Gabriella, custom designing is a joyful challenge, and although her formal wear doesn't have its own individual collection, more and more women are coming to her for her custom-made creations tailored to each woman's style, size and shape.

If you desire a truly fabulous dress, you will surely find the perfect piece amongst Masamod’s collection. Although Virág Ildikó Erdei is mostly known for her hats, she is now creating dresses to complement her veils and hair pieces. The delicate blouses, layered skirts and light veils frame the face and body mysteriously, and thanks to a special printing process, are decorated with deer, forest birds and wild flowers. The patterns appearing on the translucent materials creates an airy impression, made even more ashy by the fine pastel hues – chalk-white, pale pink, dusty yellow and pistachio green. The garments are crowned by patterned headdresses and wreath-like, handmade braids.
