Audio-visual daredevils Nastya Kreslina and Nick Kostylev return to Budapest on 29 November. The provocative musicians are renowned for openly criticising perceived bias in the Russian media towards homosexuality. Not surprisingly, many of their shows have been cancelled or disrupted by law enforcement. Nick even spent 12 days in jail after performing on top of his car instead of a banned concert, in which he mocked the police and the public authority system for their brutality. The duo have continuously proven that they cannot be silenced, and their defiant and unique voices have gained the attention in the West. Their music is a mixture of hip hop and electronica, with all of the bizarre visuals, political lyrics and smashing beats created by Kreslina and Kostylev.
