Kocsonya is a traditional Hungarian cold salty jelly, similar to aspic, made mostly from pork, served with hearty bread, lemon juice or vinegar to sprinkle. On 24-26 January, anyone is welcome to taste or takeaway this winter classic, and Bomboloni’s doughnuts will also feature.
