On 26 September, the Tadam team takes over Circo Pizza for a daytime pop-up combining natural wines, music and dishes created especially for the occasion. Expect padron peppers with egg yolk cream and truffle oil, roast beef with spinach, pickled radish, toasted buckwheat and smoked olive oil, plus the Tadam Special pizza. The wine selection brings together Hungarian and international natural wines, poured by Sommelier of the Year Krisztián Juhász, while ĀDEM, LERM and THEFIRTH provide the soundtrack.
