The Buda-located spot opens its terrace for the season, and the first 4 days (24-27 April) will be complete with Pilates, DJ beats, and kids' corner – worth checking the weather app though.

Concert: Efterklang (DK) and Mikk (AT)
Indie-pop fans, this one is for you! The Danish Efterklang, one of Europe's most innovative bands, are bringing their intense and atmospheric, deep and touching, kicking and entertaining sounds to Budapest. On 25 April, they return to the iconic A38 Ship with their latest, seventh studio album. Mikk will open the evening, whose experimental indie-pop music invites listeners on a captivating emotional journey.

Earth Day Festival At VÁrosháza Park
Celebrate Earth Day in the heart of the city, Városháza Park (City Hall Park)! Enjoy various activities in the name of sustainability and community, no matter how old you are. Check out a vibrant market, browse a flower and houseplant fair, and join climate-themed programmes. See the new Budapest Market Hall open, and catch the I Bike Budapest cycling parade kicking off at 3 pm. Take part in games and quizzes, hunt for second-hand treasures at Adománytaxi’s Taxitúra, and try the park’s new sports gear: ping-pong, teqball, and pétanque.

Open Day at the Angyalföld Tram Depot
Are you a transport lover or a fan of trams? Then gear up for a family day at one of Budapest's tram depots, which will open its doors to the public for a whole afternoon. On 26 April – starting at 10 am – Angyalföld tram depot awaits visitors with exciting activities: explore the eclectic buildings, built in 1896, and take a closer look at various types of tram cars. All ages are welcome.

I Bike Budapest 2025
On 26 April, experience Budapest in a whole new way! Join the ' I Bike Budapest ' cycle parade and demonstration to pedal through the city like never before. The goal is to show that Budapest is a cycling-friendly capital – or at least could easily become one. All are welcome, there is no age limit, and if you feel like completing only a shorter section, that's fine too. The route is the following: Városháza park - Kossuth Lajos utca - Elisabeth bridge - Lánchíd utca - Clark Ádám tér - Tunnel - Attila út - Elisabeth bridge - Jane Haining rakpart - Széchenyi tér - József Attila utca - Andrássy út - Heroes' Square - Dózsa György út - Népfürdő utca - Árpád híd - Margaret Island, Nagyrét.

Devil’s Seed invites you to experience storytelling in an unexpected way. Led by Burcu Cicek and accompanied by Marton Fogl Ter on guitar, the event blurs the line between audience and performer, with blindfolded participants bringing the story to life through movement and instinct.

Sylvia Plachy – Gifts from the 20th Century and Beyond
Sylvia Plachy, a Hungarian-born, New York-based photographer, student of André Kertész, and mother of Adrien Brody, carries forward the tradition of humanist photography with instinctive, rule-breaking storytelling. Her exhibition at the Capa Center, Gifts from the 20th Century and Beyond, is more than a retrospective – it showcases her works both as exhibition prints and in their published form. This unique approach reveals how context shapes the meaning of an image, offering a glimpse into the evolving history of photography.
