A trailer has just been released for the latest Marvel mini-series, Moon Knight, and shows scenes of Budapest and nearby Szentendre. The six episodes will be streamed by Disney+ from this March. Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke both star. The show will be particularly poignant as it will be one of the last screen appearances by French actor Gaspard Ulliel, who died in a tragic skiing accident this week.
Look closely and you can spot the Museum of Fine Arts and Király utca in this short trailer for the upcoming Marvel mini-series, Moon Knight, to be streamed by Disney+ this spring. Also prominent is Fő tér in Szentendre and a Rubik’s Cube, the hero’s handy cure for insomnia:
Moon Knight was shot around Budapest between late April and June 2021, including
night scenes on Madách tér. Jordan and Atlanta, Georgia were also used for
filming.
The story revolves around an unassuming shop assistant who
suddenly suffers a crisis of identity.
