As the heatwave continues, the City of Budapest has produced a map showing where to find drinking fountains around the capital. Although the temperature is expected to drop by Saturday, it should remain in the early thirties for a week at least.
With the temperature nudging nearer to 40 degrees than 30, the authorities are suggesting people moving around town carry a bottle of water with them to keep hydrated.
