Vowing to return to Budapest once the coronavirus crisis has passed, a French traveller has put together a short video to record his stay here in February.
French traveller Hugo Planchot has shared a three-minute video of his time in Budapest, following his trip to the Hungarian capital in February. The video features the Fishermen's Bastion, the Basilica, Parliament, the Széchenyi thermal baths and even ice-skating at the Városliget!
"Budapest is an incredible, dynamic and festive city," says Hugo, and his video reminds us of a usual vibrancy now subdued in light of recent events. "I hope to be able to return very quickly to Budapest," Hugo continues, adding, "but in order to make new trips in the future, it's important now to stay home".
