The Paris Budapest Restaurant offers guests a unique culinary experience in a setting that takes in the most spectacular sights of the Hungarian capital.

With the start of the new year, many of us yearn to make good on our promise of healthier eating from now on and bid farewell to the effects of festive eating and drinking. In the spirit of DETOX JANUARY, the Paris Budapest Restaurant is providing a particularly nutritious and vitamin-rich lunch menu throughout the month.

Following a French, Hungarian and cosmopolitan gastronomic orientation, this restaurant in the heart of Budapest provides visitors with unique panoramic views and varied delicacies every day. Through the huge windows of the restaurant, Budapest’s most beautiful attractions, Chain Bridge and Buda Castle, provide the backdrop as guests lose themselves in divine dining. The restaurant’s unique open kitchen brings diners closer to the cooking process and gives them a glimpse into the specialities being prepared.

The first month of the year at the Paris Budapest Restaurant has been inspired by cleansing and fulfilment. The restaurant chef and team make mouth-watering dishes using the freshest ingredients and gentlest culinary technology during DETOX JANUARY. Steaming carrot cream soup contains healing ginger and turmeric for a really healthy treat, while avocado salad with beans and cottage cheese is a complete protein bomb.

Desserts are also made with health in mind, thus guaranteeing conscious-free indulgence. Vanilla chia pudding, fat-free kiwi-maracuja yogurt cream and mango-coconut granola can be enjoyed with no guilty feelings.

The menu, available weekdays from noon to 4pm, has been designed to more than meet the expectations of vegetarians and those with special dietary needs. The offer changes every week: there are four choices each of appetisers, main courses and desserts. The two-course menu is 3,400 forints, the three-course 4,100 forints. Prices include a bottle of still or sparkling water and a cup of tea or coffee.
