Will Smith returns to Budapest!
Will Smith is coming back to Budapest! After his dramatic visit in 2018, climbing the Chain Bridge, dancing outside the Gresham Palace and filming action feature ‘Gemini Man’, he returns to the Hungarian capital later this month to promote the new movie.
Scaling the Chain Bridge, exploring the Opera House and breaking out some moves on Széchenyi tér, Hollywood star Will Smith seemed to have a ball the last time he was in Budapest.
In between, he found time to play the lead role in Oscar-winning director Ang Lee’s Sci-Fi drama Gemini Man.
Filmed almost entirely in Budapest, and featuring sights such as Buda Castle and the Széchenyi Baths, this spectacular thriller also stars Clive Owen and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. It opens here on 10 October.
Smith and Lee, plus producers Jerry Bruckheimer and David Ellison, are all due in Budapest to promote Gemini Man between 24-26 September.
