Friday

4pm - : Indoor Beer Festival at Hotel Gellért A three-day-long beer festival kicks off on Friday afternoon, where guests can unlimitedly taste nearly 100 craft beers from both local and international breweries, as well as palatable Hungarian pálinka. Furthermore, the festival commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Austrian-Hungarian Monarchy with an assortment of authentic meals from the 19th century. More details 10pm - 5am: Begi B-day hiphop set at BRKLYN
One of Budapest’s most beloved DJs, Lotfi Begi, celebrates his birthday with true party hymns and hip-hop hits alongside DR BRS and Dj Soulja at BRKLYN’s next Rock The Friday party. Entry to the event is only possible if you click on “going” in the Facebook event.
10pm - 5am: Lost Frequencies at Hello Baby BarOne of the most popular deep house and tropical house DJ producers, Lost Frequencies comes to Budapest's Hello Baby Bar on February 17th. The 23-year-old Belgian talent topped several international charts with such hits as “Are You With Me” and “Reality” in 2016. More details 11pm - 5am: “My Boyfriend is not home” Party / Valentine’s Day Extra at Raktár Klub
On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Raktár Klub’s “My boyfriend is not home” party series returns to light the night on fire with several surprises, extras, and DJs like Marchello, Daniel Nike, and Emory Hungary, while the VIP tables will be filled with the sweet snacks of The Strawberry Project 11pm - 6am: Raw XLVII + 1 = Sobek & Peter Bernath at AETHEROn Friday, check out the next party at the recently opened AETHER club, where two Hungarian DJs, Sobek and Peter Bernath, turn up the heat with house and techno hits. 11pm - 4am: Soundtrack Party at Gozsdu Manó Klub
When it comes to soundtracks, the main theme of iconic films like Pulp Fiction and TheBlues Brothers start playing in our ears straight away. On Friday, French DJ Lapidem fills Gozsdu Manó Klub with the best movie music. Saturday

11am - 7pm: KávéBár Bazár 2017 at Tesla Budapest
In 2017, KávéBár Bazár (translating “CoffeeBar Bazaar”) is happening during February 18-19 at Tesla Budapest, where visitors can taste the more than 100 creative products of 30 exhibitors, such as coffees, wines, distillates, and wine biscuits, with just one ticket. Furthermore, the event is complete with spectacular programs and contests. More detailsNoon - 10pm: 7th Budapest Tattoo Convention at Lurdy Ház The Budapest Tattoo Convention is Hungary’s biggest and most popular event dedicated to tattoo art, where in addition to more than 100 talented Hungarian tattooists, several outstanding international artists show off their skills, too. More details 6pm - 8pm: The Citizen at the Capa Center
On Saturday, the third feature film of award-winning Hungarian director Roland Vranik, The Citizen, screens with original Hungarian audio and English subtitles at the Capa Center. The film follows an African refugee who aims to lead a sedate life as a security guard in a Budapest shopping center, striving to become a model Hungarian citizen.
6pm - : Budapest Dance Festival at various venues The Budapest Dance Festival kicks off on Saturday, comprising several prodigious dance performances by talented international troupes and an exciting exhibit between February 18-March 1 at numerous stunning cultural venues in Budapest. On Saturday evening, visitors can enjoy three performances by the Nederlands Dance Theater 2.More details and program 10pm - 6am: Bladerunnaz 18th Birthday, Ninjabreakz 10th Birthday at Akvárium KlubBladerunnaz, a party series promoting drum and bass in Budapest, celebrates its 18th birthday with a big bash on February 18th at Akvárium Klub, where DJs like ANDY CLady Waks, and LukeLSB spin discs all night.

11:30pm - 4am: Demogorgon Party - Quixotic, Envo, Megahit, Radec & Bd-209 at A38A38’s free synthwave party series, the Demogoron Party, became a regular event in order to provide a platform for lovers of the ’80s to party together. The freshest hits alongside the all-time classics of the ’80s, flickering neon lights, old horror movies, pixelated console games, and classic TV commercials await everyone here.
Sunday

10am - 4:30pm: Gardrobe Fair at Dürer Kert
Budapest’s coolest clothes fair is held on February 19th at Dürer Kert, where visitors can browse through both old and new clothes, shoes, accessories, design items, and other stylish trinkets all day long. More details 10am - 6pm: Vegan Sunday Market at Anker’t
Anker’t’s monthly vegan market turns into a community event, where besides gathering all kinds of vegan goods, such as grillable vegan ingredients, plant-protein products, coffee specialties, soaps, sandwiches, chili sauces, and much more, visitors can also enjoy a community BBQ, open discussions, and a dessert-making workshop. More details 10:45 - : Paterson at various venues
Having premiered on February 16th in Budapest, Jim Jarmusch’s latest film release, Paterson, is screened at several Budapest art-house theaters this weekend. In the film, an ordinary bus driver, Paterson, his extravagant wife Laura, and their dog Marvin lead a simple life that adheres to the same old routine every day while still living in heartwarming harmony in Paterson, New Jersey. The film screens with original English audio at Cirko-Gejzír Cinema, and at several art-house theaters. 7:30pm - 10pm: Philippe Jaroussky and the Ensemble Artaserse at the Palace of Arts
