Located in the Gozsdu Udvar opposite the original venue, Spíler Shanghai offers a mix of Chinese, Thai, Singaporean and Japanese elements. You can choose from dishes such as classic hot-and-sour soup, fried spring rolls, beef tataki or the excellent sesame duck liver. The Asian influence is noticeable on the drinks menu as well: you can try Singaporean (Tiger) or Chinese (Tsingtao) beers among others. The interior assumes an urban character similar to Spíler’s, and there is a huge red star hanging above the counter, looking as if it was smuggled out of China.
