FREE LIVE CONCERT: NÓVÉ SOMA AND IFJ. CSOÓRI SÁNDOR AT INSTANT

Nóvé Soma and ifj. Csoóri Sándor bring reinterpretations rooted in folk traditions and personal storytelling, delivered in an intimate, minimalist soundscape. Their first joint full-length album, Rumnapló, released last November, blends folk inspirations with lived experiences and literary influences. The duo performs a free concert at Instant on 6 March.

JAZZBOIS & CORTO.ALTO CONCERT AT MÜPA

Jazzbois set out on their journey in 2017 and, within just a few years, have made their mark on major international festivals, with their albums reaching millions of online listeners. For their 6 March concert in the main hall at Müpa, they are preparing a special visual installation conceived by visual artist Balázs Lobot. The evening will also feature one of the United Kingdom's most popular multi-instrumentalists, Liam Shortall - the Scottish-Spanish musician behind the Mercury Prize-nominated post-jazz-fusion project corto.alto.

WOMEN’S DAY FLOWER RUN AT HATÁR-NYEREG

The Women's Day Flower Run returns for the 12th time on 7 March. The start, finish, and central meeting point will all be located at Határ-nyereg, from where six petal-shaped routes begin. There is no competition and no mandatory distance: participants can complete the loops in any order they choose. At the furthest points, flowers await runners, and collecting all six means covering a total distance of about 17 kilometres. Refreshments should be brought by participants themselves, while a symbolic contribution is collected to support the organisation of the event.

Between 12pm and 7pm, visitors can browse jewellery, fashion, design pieces, beauty and skincare brands, as well as floral creations - all founded or led by women.

BUDAPEST BÄGEL POP-UP AT DUGATTYÚS

On 8 March, the kitchen at Dugattyús is taken over by the Budapest Bägel team, arriving with fresh bagel variations and house-baked favourites. The line-up includes pastrami bagels, omelette brioche, kimchi sandwiches and a selection of babkas, alongside a reimagined version of the sabih bagel. The atmosphere is set by Sad Boys Club's DJ session with a Women's Day-inspired soundtrack, while the FermentArt team hosts a water kefir workshop on site.
