While the city already had a handful of great spots, the matcha scene keeps expanding, with new places opening that are well worth a visit. Matchy35°

One of the freshest additions near Corvin, Matchy35° opened its doors earlier this year and quickly became a go-to for matcha lovers. Tucked away on Nagy Templom utca, it’s all about good-quality matcha done right, with a mix of classic and slightly more playful options.

Lucha Matcha

Another new matcha spot is Lucha Matcha, where you can grab a matcha, check out ceramics, and try their Japanese cheesecakes.

Kumo Matcha

Kumo Matcha is a new matcha spot near Arany János metro station, not far from Szabadság tér. It's a convenient place to stop by if you're in the area, with classic matcha drinks and a few variations, including pistachio.
