BUDAPEST PARK OPENING WEEKEND 2026
Between 23 and 25 April, Budapest Park opens its gates, marking the start of its 15th concert season. The organisers are preparing several surprises for the opening weekend, but it has already been announced that acts such as Irie Maffia and Vad Fruttik will take the stage.

PERFUME & COCKTAIL GUEST SHIFT AT VELVET BAR & CAFÉ
On 24 April, Velvet Bar & Café Budapest hosts a one-night Perfume & Cocktail Guest Shift led by Márk Pap, Hungary's only perfume-cocktail mixologist. Between 7pm and 11pm, guests can explore a curated pairing of three niche fragrances and three signature cocktails, built around Middle Eastern ingredients and a contemporary twist, creating an experience that connects scent and taste in a more immersive way. Entry is free, but table reservation is required.

TEREZA TERRACE OPENING
After the first taste of terrace season, the garden opens up again between 24 and 26 April, for another chill weekend. Expect the debut of the summer menu, delicious dishes, and that familiar atmosphere that makes you stay longer than planned - the perfect way to ease into spring properly.

SANTSAT SEASON OPENING PARTY AT KINCSEM PARK
On 25 April, the SANTSAT team launches the season with a full-scale daytime celebration at Kincsem Park, complete with a refreshed visual concept, expanded daytime programming and a dedicated гастro zone. The line-up features a mix of international and local electronic acts, including Le Nomad, Vio PRG, Sierra Delta, as well as Marosi, Vava and Adis Is OK. Beyond the dancefloor, visitors can take part in self-awareness and creative workshops, browse a sports equipment library or join a yoga session. The food selection includes pizzas from MANU+, tacos by TAKO WORKSHOP, a curated special edition by Toldi, alongside SANTSAT's own specialty coffee and the debut of OÁZIS.

LEVI BY CITY TAKEOVER: A PARTY IN CITY PARK
On 25 April, City Park hosts the next stop of the City Takeover series, where music once again takes over one of Budapest's most iconic green spaces. The concept remains the same: a unique urban location, a strong sense of community and a focus on quality electronic music. At the centre of the night is LEVI, currently one of the most exciting names on the international scene. Known for his distinctive sound, confident stage presence and dynamically built sets, he draws the crowd in from the very first beat through to the final drop.

SZIMPLA BOLHA - VINTAGE MARKET AT SZIMPLA KERT
A more classic flea market experience returns to Szimpla Kert with Kultúrzsibi, held every fourth Saturday of the month. The focus is simple: browsing, discovering, and giving old items a new life. Visitors can expect a mix of second-hand pieces and vintage finds. Entry is free, making it an easy weekend stop whether you're looking to hunt for something specific or just enjoy the atmosphere.

GEORGIAN GASTRO WEEKEND AT MANYI
On 25 and 26 April, MANYI hosts a Georgian gastro weekend, where the kitchen is taken over by Masho and Ana, two Georgian friends living in Budapest and founders of Soko Pop-Up. At the heart of the programme is the traditional Georgian supra - a communal feast where food, wine, and storytelling come together.

Returning on 26 April, Makers' Market teams up with MOME Fair for a larger-scale design event at Fény Street Market. With over 100 Budapest-based creators, the market brings together contemporary design, handmade pieces, and fresh talent in one space. Alongside browsing, visitors can expect good coffee, street food, and DJ sets throughout the day, making it an easy and lively weekend plan.

SPRING GARAGE SALE FESTIVAL AT WEKERLE 2026
On 25 and 26 April, the streets of Wekerle will once again fill with a lively market atmosphere as the Wekerle Spring Garage Sale Festival returns for its 22nd edition. As part of the event, a wide range of items - from clothes and toys to books, home décor, and electronics - will find new owners.
