AFTER XMAS – THE ACOUSTIC MANUAL TECHNO AND UV PROJECT AT KÉK LÓ
On 26 December, Kék Ló Budapest will host an After Xmas event. The evening will be opened by The Acoustic Manual Techno, where electronic music will be played. The second half of the event will feature UV Project, aka Yuvi Lachyani, an Israeli producer and DJ. As the host of Tilos Rádió's Electric Voyage show and a member of the SUN Festival team, he is known for his eclectic, groove-y, psych-y and deep sound.

APRÈS SKI SOIRÉE RETURNS TO NORMAFA
On 27 December, the Après Ski Soirée team returns to Budapest's very own “glacier” to launch the 2025/26 ski season in their biggest edition yet. Normafa Síház and its surroundings will transform into a full winter festival zone, complete with expanded areas, new covered sections and surprises not seen before. Expect a full day of alpine vibes, hütte drinks and iconic après-ski tracks that will bring the hillside to life with music and dancing. Dust off your ski outfits and get ready for one of the city's most atmospheric winter parties.
TÉLI ZAJ 2025
The winter edition of Fekete Zaj returns to Dürer Kert on 27 December, bringing the festival's unmistakable Mátra spirit to the city between the holidays. This year's lineup features a mix of heavy, experimental and atmospheric acts, including Téveszme, Watch My Dying, Black Nail Cabaret, Ann My Guard and The Answer Lies In The Black Void. The evening opens with something truly special: an outdoor performance by Vatafaka, whose raw, instinctive and ritual-like industrial shamanic sound promises to set the tone with elemental energy.

INOTA WINTER LIGHTS AT TURBINA
INOTA Winter Lights arrives at Turbina on 27 December, bringing the festival's atmosphere into a winter club setting. The evening focuses on the meeting of contemporary electronic music and immersive visual experiences, with Farseer shaping the dancefloor through his psychedelic, “primal” techno, alongside Polish underground figure Dogheadsurigeri, known for his forward-looking, experimental rhythms. The music will be accompanied by striking light installations, and a limited-edition merch collection will also be available at the venue.

FRIENDS & FAMILY AT VATOZ
On 28 December, Vatoz returns with the second edition of its Friends & Family event series, inviting guests to a relaxed, community-focused evening. The night centres around easy-to-share comfort food, pét-nat sparkling wines and laid-back get-togethers. Alongside freshly baked pide and bubbly bottles, the music and drinks are taken care of by Vatoz founders Vedat and Oğulcan, who set the mood with DJ sets and cocktails behind the bar.

TWENTY YEARS OF MODERN ART ORCHESTRA – ANNIVERSARY CONCERT AT THE VÁRKERT BAZÁR
The Modern Art Orchestra celebrates its 20th anniversary with a grand gala concert at the Várkert Bazár on 28 December. The festive evening looks back on two decades of musical milestones, revisiting iconic arrangements as well as works connected to the orchestra's celebrated soloists — pieces that have defined their unmistakable blend of classical tradition and contemporary sound. To mark the occasion, several star guests will take the stage, including Veronika Harcsa, Kriszta Pocsai and Franciska Törőcsik, making this a truly memorable end-of-year celebration.
