MEXICAN CARNIVAL NIGHTS AT TEREZA
Mid-February brings a much-needed burst of colour to Tereza, as the bar takes inspiration from Mexican carnival traditions. Between 19 and 22 February, four lively evenings unfold with live music, a special Mexico-inspired drinks selection and Tereza's familiar bohemian vibe turned fully festive - an invitation to shake off winter and celebrate life while it's still cold outside. DONUT DAY AT NORMA GRAND
On 20 February from 12pm, norma grand brings back one of its most popular events: Donut Day. Following last year's success, the beloved sweet celebration returns with freshly made, fried-to-order donuts filled with house-made cream. Quantities are limited, so arriving early is highly recommended.

SAUNA SESSIONS ON THE DANUBE BANK
Organised by Placcc Festival and Valyo, a series of sauna programmes will take over the Danube bank at Bert sétány between 18 and 22 February. Alongside classic sauna sessions, the programme features talks, performative elements and artistic interventions. During Sauna Talks evenings, invited experts will explore the relationship between the city and the river, swimmable cities, and the role of ecology, art and water.

CARNIVAL NIGHT AT PÚDER
On 21 February from 6pm, Púder celebrates Carnival with a colourful evening of music, flavours and festive vibes. Guests can look forward to a spectacular cocktail bar powered by Monkey Shoulder, serving creative whiskey-based drinks alongside a few surprise specials, plus great food and a DJ session to keep the mood high. HUNGARIAN ICE SKATING DAY 2026
22 February marks Hungarian Ice Skating Day, traditionally celebrated on the anniversary of the country's first Winter Olympic gold medal. Since 2018, the Városliget Ice Rink has hosted the commemorative event, and this year is no exception, with a full day of icy experiences awaiting visitors.

VENEZUELAN BRUNCH AT MAD DOG HANGÁR
On 22 February, Venezuelan vibes return to Mad Dog Hangár as part of the Mad Dog Madness series. The grill fires up once again, and freshly made arepas take centre stage. The menu features three classic fillings: Reina de Atún with mayonnaise tuna, peppers and avocado; Llanera with spiced beef ragout and white cheese; and Domino with black beans and white cheese.
