On 22 February, Venezuelan vibes return to Mad Dog Hangár as part of the Mad Dog Madness series. The grill fires up once again, and freshly made arepas take centre stage. The menu features three classic fillings: Reina de Atún with mayonnaise tuna, peppers and avocado; Llanera with spiced beef ragout and white cheese; and Domino with black beans and white cheese. For dessert, expect guava biscuits, syrup-soaked corn sponge cake, and chocolate marquesa. Drinks include papelón con limón, corn latte, and selections from the venue’s own range.
