After the revelry of Christmas, thoughts turn to making a healthy start to the new year. Here are ten great suggestions for eateries around town whose kitchen focuses on healthy and nutritious dishes, with bright salads, vegan combinations and bowls of crunchy vegetables.

They always make use of seasonal vegetables and fruit, without pasteurisation or heat treatment. At their newer, larger restaurant, in Pest, you can choose from all their meat-free dishes, even specialities not available elsewhere, such as crab tails.
