Pancs Gasztroplacc turns into a buzzing community market on 13 October. Hungarian primary producers, whose priority is to maintain harmony with nature, present their goods in the courtyard of craft-beer bar Élesztőház. On offer will be seasonal fruit and veg, including wild mushrooms and truffles, cheese, ham, salami, bread, cordials, jams, juices and wine. Every month, a special guest is invited from the world of gastronomy to host community outdoor cooking. All meals are prepared using ingredients supplied by local producers.
