For the
occasion of Valentine’s Day, the ARZ Lebanese Restaurant at the
InterContinental Budapest is offering guests a special dinner. The four-course meal on 14 February will include tuna mi cuit, avocado mousse, raspberries,
frissée lettuce, nori and citrus oil, followed by veal tenderloin, foie gras, Venere black
rice, pickled Shimeji, fava beans and truffle jus.
