This Saturday, the KOLLÁZS Brasserie & Bar is continuing its globetrotting adventure with a stop at Miami to celebrate the 4th of July in style. Happy hour lasts all day as spicy Latin flavours and Caribbean rhythms combine to bring the flair of Florida to Budapest.
From noon, it’s la Hora Feliz as the cocktail shaker starts zinging with rum-based drinks and snacks, offered half-priced until 8pm.
There’s live Latin music, too – Alex Torres from 1.30pm, the Mai Rumba Duo at 4.30pm, the DJ Newman Latin Music Edition at 7pm and Baecker, ie head sommelier Gábor Becker, from 9.30pm.
Chef Árpád Győrffy will be preparing an exciting selection of mouthwatering Latin-American delicacies available on this day only, including a three-course French menu for 5.900 forints.
