On 4 June, Nelli Tombor joins Nóra Winkler for the latest Out of Office evening at Axis Café & Lounge. Their conversation will explore topics such as major life changes, starting over, leaving behind the international fashion industry for gastronomy, and balancing curiosity, mindfulness, work, and personal freedom. The evening will be accompanied by an early summer dinner menu created specially for the occasion by Nelli Tombor and Viktor Csuklich, chef of Crowne Plaza Budapest. The seasonal menu includes green pea dip with seeded sourdough crisps and mint, sea bass with chard, grilled vegetables and ember potatoes, while the vegan option features cauliflower steak with chimichurri and steak potatoes. Dessert comes in the form of fresh strawberries with vanilla whipped cream and elderflower shortbread.
