On 20 September, Mad Dog Hangar hosts a special brunch by Termelő and Petrol, promising one of the coolest brunch experiences of the week. The menu features a sourdough bagel filled with 16-hour smoked pulled beef neck, English cheddar and smoked ketchup, plus a veggie option with creamy goat’s cheese, BBQ beetroot and pomegranate balsamic. To finish, there’ll be sweet pastries such as cinnamon-vanilla and cardamom-lemon “bucka”. Table reservations are available but not required.
