On 10 July, Bian Garden Budapest is hosting a Pho Festival, where eight renowned Vietnamese master chefs will showcase the art of preparing authentic phở, bánh xèo and fresh spring rolls. Visitors will have the chance not only to sample these iconic dishes, but also to chat with the chefs and learn more about the traditions and techniques behind Vietnamese cuisine. Admission is free, while tasting the chefs' creations requires the purchase of a tasting package. Table reservations are recommended.
