Legend has it that the beloved Mexican Paloma cocktail was born in a small-town bar, crafted by a bartender named Don Javier – a man who simply knew what would hit the spot in the sweltering heat. The drink’s base is none other than José Cuervo tequila, made even more refreshing with fresh grapefruit, lime, soda, and plenty of ice. The Paloma isn’t a show-off – it doesn’t try too hard. It simply cools you down, lifts your spirits, and gently carries you into sunset.

On Thursday, 22 May, Tereza is hosting a day dedicated entirely to this iconic cocktail. And to mark the occasion, every Paloma you order comes with another one on the house.

Because some things – especially in summer – are just better in pairs.
