From 22 to 27 June, Kobuci Kert hosts the 2026 Óbuda World Music Week, a celebration of musical traditions from Hungary and beyond. Alongside Hungarian folk music, the programme highlights Balkan, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences through a diverse concert lineup. Performers include internationally acclaimed singer Natacha Atlas, former vocalist of Transglobal Underground, as well as Budapest Klezmer Band and Budapest Bár, who will perform alongside chief cantor László Fekete. The programme also features performances by Ferenczi György, Csángálló and Tokos. Beyond the concerts, visitors can enjoy dance houses, open-air film screenings and discussions throughout the week.
