The Mazel Tov restaurant started cooking with a smoker in 2017 and created their first New York deli-style pastrami sandwich. Due to its popularity, the dish became a permanent item on the menu, and on 22 November, the eatery experiments with different varieties as well.   • NEW YORK STYLE PASTRAMI BAGEL: poppy-seed bagel, Mazel Tov pastrami, red cheddar, BBQ sauce, fermented cucumber

  • ISRAELI PASTRAMI PITA: whole-grain pita, Mazel Tov pastrami, paprika in olive oil, leaf salad with cilantro yoghurt

  • BLACKSTONE REUBEN SANDWICH: toasted rye bread, Mazel Tov pastrami, Swiss cheese, fermented cabbage, homemade mustard
