In the heart of Budapest, at Four
Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace,
KOLLÁZS has now been
serving guests for seven years. Here you can not only admire a Danube panorama,
but also the Art Nouveau decor and the legendary café culture for which
Budapest is justifiably famous. And, on 19 June, you can join in a great party where
everyone can celebrate the restaurant’s birthday.
Refreshing cocktails, Unicum and
Palmer Champagne selections, delicious rôtisserie delights, and the best dishes
and desserts from the last seven years await on this special occasion, jazzed
up with live concerts throughout the day. At 12.30pm, the Blackbird Band will appear,
at 4pm Djangologhy (Márk Horváth & Áron Hutás Koós) provide the beats and, at
6pm, DJ Gentleman crowns the ceremony, accompanied by live saxophone.
The unmissable birthday cake
arrives in the early evening, which everyone can enjoy together. For the day of
the event, KOLLÁZS will also be preparing an exciting birthday tombola, in which
four exclusive gifts will be raffled off. A bottle of Unicum or a bottle of
Palmer Champagne might be yours. You can even win a two-person Herend Tea experience at the Múzsa bar or, the main prize, a Blind Date Chef Experience
for two at KOLLÁZS.
