In the heart of Budapest, Kollázs Brasserie & Bar opened in a corner of the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace, with incredible views of the Chain Bridge. Its interior design evokes the art of the early 1900s, commemorating Budapest’s legendary coffeehouse culture of the era. The pleasant atmosphere is underlined by the elegant furnishing, and accentuated by the friendly staff and innovative food variations on the menu. The name of the restaurant, Kollázs (‘Collage’) also refers to the creative combinations covering all areas of gastronomy. In the kitchen, Árpád Győrffy, a Bocuse d’Or winner, creates modern dishes born from the fusion of European and Hungarian cuisine.
