For the first time, a prominent Hungarian sourdough bread community called Kenyérlelke (lit. Soul of the Bread) organises its Easter Festival. On April 2nd, (10 am - 5 pm), head to the Fény utca Market on the Buda side, and get everything you need for a typical Hungarian Easter-themed dinner: ham, spring onion, egg and of course, sweetbread and sourdough bread, made by the best bakers in the country.
