On 5 May, a special brunch is being held at the Élesztőház, showcasing the spicy delicacies of north India. As a starter, you can enjoy the mixed vegetable bhajis and crispy papadams with a variety of chutneys. Chickpea curry, chicken kadhai, aloo paratha (stuffed Indian flatbread) will follow accompanied by raita, vegetable salads and fresh fruits. A refreshing dessert concludes the meal. The event is hosted by culinary professionals Neera and Karolina, they’ll be the ones to introduce you to this rich, flavourful and versatile cuisine. The event is held in English and Hungarian.
