This year’s Gourmet Festival is putting the spotlight on the gastronomy of the Hungarian countryside. Between 4 and 7 June, nearly 100 exhibitors - including restaurants, pastry shops, wineries, and bars - alongside tastings, culinary showcases, and special programmes will take over Millenáris. Iconic Hungarian dishes and regional ingredients will play a central role throughout the festival, with renowned chefs reinterpreting classic flavours through a contemporary lens. Those interested in the professional side of gastronomy can once again attend the Gourmet Academy programme series.
