On 27 August, Giulia teams up with Babka for a one-night-only collaboration that brings together Italian cooking and Middle Eastern flavours. The specially created menu reimagines familiar dishes with unexpected twists, from burrata paired with amba and za'atar to carpaccio served with tahini Caesar dressing and handmade mafaldine topped with shawarma-spiced lamb ragù. To finish, desserts such as olive oil panna cotta with pomegranate and orange blossom promise a sweet finale to an evening celebrating two vibrant culinary traditions around one table.
