Two selections, in an authentic and reinterpreted form. Dishes are available separately or as part of a 7-course menu.
In the second part of the event series “Gauls in Buda - French gastronomy at Larus Restaurant” Midi-Pyrénées will move to Larus Restaurant for three days from March 19 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) with its valleys, plateaus, mountains and simply great cuisine.
Menu:
Truffles, goose liver, beans, pink garlic, goat cheese, gigot...
Périgord, Toulouse, Quercy et Agenais
The series will continue in the third week of subsequent months until the end of the year.
In order to maintain a casual spirit, Frances gastronomical gems that “everyone must know” will be presented on a separate menu, which guests can choose from without restrictions.
