The Larus in Buda comprises a large terrace and vineyard with gorgeous views, as well as a spacious interior connected by sliding glass doors. The kitchen is headed by Vass Antal Zoltán and Déryné Lyáskó Zsuzsanna, who are one of the most significant figures in high-end gastronomy and contemporary culinary education in Hungary. His dishes represent a conscious and often academic pairing of flavours, with refined simplicity. The kitchen’s style is international, characterised by a variety of technologies, seasonal ingredients and exciting harmony of flavours, matched with fine wines.
