On 27 and 28 April, Flow Specialty Café & Bistro awaits guests with a weekend brunch special: vegan cottage-cheese dumplings. This popular dessert is a traditional Hungarian delicacy, and you can sample two milk-free versions of it. One comes with a sauce of basil, strawberries and roasted almonds, another with a vegan cinnamon yoghurt sauce, served with salted caramel, home-made granola and pistachio.
