Mazel Tov and Giulia Budapest are coming together on 27 November for a special dinner evening, where chefs Áron Kelemen and Armando Mundaraín present what happens when Mediterranean ease meets Middle Eastern spice. The menu features sun-dried tomato hummus with basil tahini, Middle Eastern beetroot salad with burrata and quinoa, and a pear–gorgonzola bulgur “risotto” served with roasted celeriac and rosé duck breast. Guests can also try a lamb harira lasagne topped with shakshuka cream and citrus yoghurt, before finishing with a honey labane-filled cannolo rolled in pistachio.
