This Friday is Good Friday, marking the beginning of the Easter celebrations. Hungarians love their traditions, including cooking up a feast. And there is no better place to grocery shop than a farmers' market. On April 7th, at the Élesztőház, you can get your hands on braided loaf, ham, radish and horse radish, among the all-time favourites such as cheese, jams, honey and seasonal vegetables.

On these occasions, a guest chef prepares delicious lunch using the ingredients available on the spot. This time, Ukranian borscht soup will be in the making, and the money made from the sales will be donated to Ukranian refugees.
